Windows 10: Grey screen, and black box after opening a image from my desk top.

Hi, sometimes on my laptop my cloud from my pc ports over random things and this time it ported a image, when I opend this image my edges of my laptop screen faded to white and then my screen turned completely grey with a black rectangle at the bottem left corner, so I shut it down and turned it back on, now it won't let me sign in with my pin. I've googled it and nothing has appeared.
