Windows 10: Grey Screen Before Windows Hello, after Windos load

Hello, I have been helping my partner for a few hours trying to solve her issue.When she starts her computer she gets a grey screen, after BIOS after Windows starts loading.After that, the screen turns grey.We can not get into Windows in any way at the moment.The only way to get to work on the computer is by shutting it down three times and getting into recovery.Startup repair won't work. System restore does not work either.I tried using some commands to check the disk after searching online. For context, her Windows is installed on "D:""sfc /scannow /offbootdir=d:\ /offwindir=d:\windows"This

Dell Ispiron Black Screen After Loading Windows

Hello again,

Okay... I have a dell ispirion 1545 and it will not load into windows.. i can load up the comp, it gets to resuming windows and boots into a black screen but the kicker is the mouse is responsive.. wut do? *Confused

 

Friends computer freezing at windows loading screen

Ok my friend is having problems with his computer right now. Basically it crashed on the windows loading screen. This is what he told me on MSN.

Now i'm not too sure what the problem is. I suggested doing a repair install with the xp disk (i'll be giving him that tomorrow) but in the mean time do any of you have any ideas?
