Windows 10: Grey whitish screen After Shutdown or sleep or hibernate on windows 10 pc

I am facing a problem with my PC , when i shut down, hibernate or sleep or if it just times out and stops displaying stuff, instead of my screen being black, it will be grey like whitish. I am always updating it. This problem has been there for months now. I can only see it in the dark when all loght are off, then I can see the laptop screen being grey instead of black. I have tried to Uninstaller display drivers and reinstalling. At one point, the time that I did it, it worked and the screen was completely black but the next day when I switched off, or sleep or hibernate, the screen was ba

Shutting down, hibernating, or sleeping?

Speaking of ... I just built a new PC with an AMD Kaveri and Windows 7 64 and the option sleep is greyed out, I get shut down and hibernate; it's funny, on my PC (see specs) I get sleep and shut down not hibernate. I tried the bios but I'm clueless. Any ideas?

• To turn off Sleep:
  
  Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep. Then, select

• Right-click on it, then select Run as administrator.

Shutting down, hibernating, or sleeping?

When sleep is grayed out it probably means that you're missing a driver required to do it or rather a device is incapable of going to sleep, but more often than not it's drivers that haven't been installed. I would make sure you're not missing any chipset or something.
