Windows 10: Groove Music and iTunes

I downloaded an audio file and chose the format to be iTunes with success. The second audio file I downloaded went directly to Groove music and I am not able to access it from iTunes. How do I sync Groove music with my iTunes? I no longer have access to the downloadable audio file to try again. It's like Groove music has taken over my iTunes as it is now automatically importing my iTunes. I need to be able to access this audio file via iTunes so I can access and listen on my iPhone. Adding iTunes playlist(s) to Groove Music

So I have done those steps...it's added all my music again, as before, but the playlists that have synced are the ones I created in Groove myself.

I added a few songs to the Flamenco playlist from the Groove library, which Groove synced from iTunes. All my music is there in the Groove music library except the iTunes playlists.

How do I move my music from Groove Music to ITunes

I presently only have Groove music installed and an old Itunes list.

The Groove player shows my music but I cannot access this on other devices unless I install that Groove music pass for a cost. It seems silly since I purchased the music.

If I install Tunes on my PC and tablet, can I then access that music? I also have an old Tunes list with my music on it and I am assuming that the Groove music player is recognizing that.
