Windows 10: group chat problems

Discus and support group chat problems in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I have been add to a group chat but I dont see it in my list where contact are. How do I get it to show up.     Group chat

    I am having troubles with the group chat on my phone, when I have it enabled I get the messages but when I open them it crashes and sends me to the tile screen. Any suggestions on how to do that without it crashing?
