  1. Group Policy drive map not working for Terminal Server user

In AD I have a created a sub OU within an OU and dropped users into this that I want to map the drive to. I've created the Policy to map the network location to a drive letter I know is unused and linked it to the sub OU. I then go onto the machine of one of these users and force the GP update locally on the machine and the drive will map. However this user remotes to a server using RDP and the drives don't seem to have mapped there. Is there something separate I need to do in Group Policy to do this or should what I have done worked? The Drive map settings:

Windows Server 2019 - Group Policy Drive Mapping Item Level Targeting not working

To preface, I am new Windows Server, and just trying to learn. Additionally, I am using individual pieces of hardware...nothing is virtualized.

    OS information:

SERVER - running Windows Server 2019 Standard

All User Machines - Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)

On SERVER, I am trying to map multi shared network drives. I've managed to use GPO to map the drives to all users of my OU. (This works fine.)

I want select users to have select drives to map to them, therefore I organized this by "Groups". Per my research I should use "Item-level targeting" within the Drive Maps of the policy. However, when I apply ILT with the selected security groups the respective
drives are not mapped on the users' computers.

After I've run "GPRESULT /R" (on the users' machines), it shows that the policy has been applied, but the drives still don't appear in "This PC".

All of the Users and Groups are within the same OU. The Policy is linked to the respective OU. All of the videos and websites I've viewed provided the exact same instructions (which I followed exactly) - their results work, mine does not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please also inform me if there is additional information I could/should provide. I can attempt to get screen shots or screen recording if needed.
