    Group Policy, Local Policy Used to Limit Access WIN 10 Home


    I am just wondering how GP, LP, and RDP/RDC are being used to limit my access and install, configure and manage my system resources when I only have Windows 10 Home which should not contain those capabilities.


    I certainly do not have access to gpedit, or LP, and no matter how many times I turn off Remote Desktop, the issue persists.. I've reset about a dozen time, formatted the disk, installed from a fresh copy of WIN 10, formatted reformatted, replaced hard drives and still these services persist.

    Group Policy Editor in Windows is a tool to help you manage policy settings. Here's how you can access the Local Group Policy Editor:

    • Press Win+R to open Run.
    • Type gpedit.msc, and then click OK.

    I searched for Powershell scripts that can be used to change local and group policies but could not find any .ps1 scripts.

    What programming language can be used to change local and group policies in Windows 10 so that it would be easier to customize new installations?
