Windows 10: GroupAdminUnavilable despite already in product key.

Hi Guys,


I have encounter some difficulties while trying to install Microsoft office. I have key in the product key for step 2 but when it comes to step 3, it keep prompting me "group admin unavailable" and correlation ID.


Can anyone kind soul please advise me if there is any step I can resolve this issue?

Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

i know the product id but forget the product key

There is still a way to search for your product key. Kindly follow the steps below for you to know your product key:

• Press Windows key + X
• Click Command Prompt (admin)
• Enter the following command: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey
• Then hit Enter

The product key will be revealed, copy the product key then enter it.

Give us an update on what happens.
