Windows 10: growing like weeds

I just got a new computer --- win 11 pro --- I see now in my %temp% folder files with these names xml_file 2.xml xml_file 3.xml xml_file 4.xml xml_file 5.xml xml_file 6.xml xml_file.xml Does anyone know what process is generating this files? While I was writing this post 6 more were created !

does anyone know of an old win98 compatible program called pic weed i had it a long time ago but haven't seen anything like it as of now worked great for sorting jpg files from multiple directories seeing pics side by side was great and sending/moving to the desired folder as well, what is recommended now?
