I having problems launching GTA iv on windows 10 after I have installed and date check passed.

I am not getting any error message when launching the game.

I don't have any other games installed apart from GTA 4.

if you say corrupted game file, you mean the game file got corrupted after updating windows with the latest update? because before updating the windows with the latest update the game worked fine.
