    Ovi Maps, Customized POI and Guided Tours

    I have some local guided tours and associated sets of POIs in oral and documental forms.

    As far as I know I can prepare tours for users of GARMIN devices based on my experience.

    I would like to find out if the same is possible for Nokia devices with GPS facilities.

    Is it possible to create a city tour in a form that can be downloadable in Nokia mobile devices with GPS facilities? If so how can I do that?


    If the answer of the previous question is yes, how can I distribute designed tours to clients?
    What are licensing, financial and technical issues arose on this way?

    Ovi Maps, Customized POI and Guided Tours

    What version of Ovi Maps are you using? Customized POIs are easily done and created on maps.ovi.com, and sync them to your phone along with routes that connect them in a sort tour. As for guides, Ovi Maps 3.03 has Michelin and Lonely Planet Guides already
    inbuilt.
