    Alienware R13System repair message. Startup repair- Boot files. An issue was detected. No repair options.This start happened after the first time Dell tech support guide me reset the OS.The Logfires\Srt\SrtTrail.txt blue screen pops up every 7-10 days after I reset the system. Every time i reset the system, I did update all the drivers to the latest patch. Use msconfig.exe remove the broken Windows.Blue screen pops up every 7-10 days still.I did the research online and try several command. No luck.Read the similar problem post and create a bootable Windows 10 flash drive.- Can detec

    srt\srttrail\.txt problem .... but

    Hello guys, I have encountered the srt\srttrail\.txt problem but with a slight variant ... I can't access the startup settings ...once I follow the usual path until the part where you press restart so that the menu will appear after rebooting, my computer
    boots 'normally' and starts automatically the reparation, without giving me any choice !

    I did not recently instal any hardware, but I have logitech wireless mouse, I heard the problem might be about drivers with wrong signatures ..

    I need your help guys, and I'm not the only one having this problem ..

    We would like to know more information regarding the issue that you're experiencing with your computer. For better assistance, please answer the following questions:

    • Just to verify, are you trying to reinstall Windows 8 due to the error?
    • When did you start to encounter the srt/srttrail problem?
    • How did you update your laptop to Windows 10 previously?
