Windows 10: H340 Logitech Headset not detected by windows 10?

Hi i have just bought a new headset H340 Logitech USB headset and tried a few troubleshooting to try to fix it. Such as1. Connecting it again to see if it installs again2. Uninstalling from device manager usb/ game controllers / do roll back /3. Install drivers from manufacturer4. Total shut down pc to rebootIt just does not detect the headset. Ive tried other headset and it is working fine both mic and speaker. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Logitech USB headset H340 stopped working after upgrading to Windows 10

Hi, until I upgraded to W10 Logitech USB headset H340 worked correctly. Now W10 says there is no driver installed. So I try to find it via W10 on my computer or on-line, but W10 says it cannot find this driver.

Logitech¨s web support says the is no need for the driver...

Any ideas???

Logitech G930 headset not working for windows 10

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried the first method and the headset still does work on another computer.

I also performed the steps for the second suggestion, although windows is not recognizing the device. Instead of any Logitech headset being detected, it shows me that error I mentioned above.

Please advise if there is another solution available.

 

Logitech unifying software does not detect Logitech H600 headset in Windows 10

Hi there, I upgraded to Windows 10 on my i7 pc, but since then I can't pair my headset to bluetooth. Logitech suggest it's a Windows 10 problem - help I need this to work because I teach online!!

I've updated all relevant drivers including Realtec, used the Logitech pairing utility but still nothing doing.
