Windows 10: Hacked Account recovery issues

My worst nightmare finally happened. Hacked big time. The live.com email I’ve used for 20 years was hacked and every time I change the password they change it back. Used apple password generator in keychain and Microsoft authentication. Didn’t matter. All devices infected. Can’t even boot 2 dell xps laptops. Trojan viruses compromised the security software. Can’t boot in safe mode. Wiped machine and hidden network that auto connects still there and I can’t remove. My live account is locked and the answers to the recovery form to get account back are all on devices that are compromis

email account hacked. please help

I have a yahoo email account that seems to be hacked. Following are hacking activities I have noticed.

1) Spam emails being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.
2) Recent emails in inbox are missing
3) New emails in deleted mails folder

I have reset passwords for both my email account and recovery email account and also re-installed my mac but still spam emails are being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.

My mac was not even turned on when those emails were being sent. No one else knows my password. I do access mail from my iphone and ipad too.

Its my primary email account please help.

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.

 

Account Hacked

My account was hacked, and the email associated with the account was changed. All I can see is that the new email address is mf***** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Because I don't know the full email I am unable to use the recovery form to recover the account.

Any suggestions?
