Windows 10: Hacked accounts and logins from multiple strange IPs

A few days ago, my computer was hacked, exposing my account, password. I changed my password shortly after. Recent days appear constantly in my login entry appear "Login failed" from strange IP addresses , they appear continuously , several times a day. Can I rest assured that an attacker can't access my account?

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

 

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.

Being curious I searched about my ip on What Is My IP? See My IP Address and My IP Location, & The follwing result was displayed -




Check The ISP Name
The Ip is also blacklisted in McAfee RBL cidr.bl.mcafee.com
The ip address is different from my wan ip on my router page.
Is my browser hacke or something? Pretty terrified.Please help
