Windows 10: Hacked and locked account recovery

I have a Microsoft account that is separate from the one I am posting this on and it was hacked about a month ago. A secondary security email was attached to the account by the hacker, making it difficult for me to change any of the information back to mine and reclaim the account. After changing the password, I contacted Microsoft support numerous times to try to get the account's changes reverted and claim full control back, however this only deepened the problem as the account was soon locked by the support team. I would like to open the account again and gain back access and delete the inf

email account hacked. please help

I have a yahoo email account that seems to be hacked. Following are hacking activities I have noticed.

1) Spam emails being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.
2) Recent emails in inbox are missing
3) New emails in deleted mails folder

I have reset passwords for both my email account and recovery email account and also re-installed my mac but still spam emails are being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.

My mac was not even turned on when those emails were being sent. No one else knows my password. I do access mail from my iphone and ipad too.

Its my primary email account please help.

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
