    Hello. I have Windows 10 with mcaffee. I have a local admin account only. Someone/thing has managed to add a "Workplace or school account" called *** Email address is removed for privacy *** This is a dummy account as Microsoft didn't recognise the account, but real enough to be a profile in Edge and an email account in MS Outlook Home and Business 2016.You can probably guess what happened next. This spurious new email account sent lots of emails demanding invoice payment. This was achieved via a docx template containing the invoice text and excel spreadsheet of email address

    how to fix the workplace or school account couldn't be found error? How do i get the account working?

    I am not sure whether this is related to the Azure AD or not

    Hello - I'm trying to remove an old workplace account from my personal computer, but going round in circles.

    In the list of accounts it's in the "Accounts used by other apps" section.

    Any suggestions would be very welcome.
