Windows 10: Hacked by Rambler.ru and can't recovered.

My account got hacked by and hacker name ramblur.ru and i can't recovered it he changed all my email and phone number also the alternatives one's and I did not get any notifications of sign in.. So please get my account back I really need it I have my Minecraft account and important documents. I have given form it doesn't work please recover fast ASAP

My Microsoft account got hacked by a rambler ru

Can I trust that Microsoft will notify me about transferring my data and purchases from my hacked account all the way to a brand new one? I tried to use the recover form a few times now, but the only replies I've been getting is that the information that I provided about my hacked account was not enough to confirm my ownership, especially since the hacker changed the original email address of said account. All the information I provided was accurate to what I remember, yet I'm still being told that it wasn't enough to validate account ownership.
