Windows 10: Hacked devices

For the last 5 months I have had all of my devices hacked. I started noticing that my home and relationship weren't as they appeared. Because of time at home due to Corona Virus. I started finding that all electronic devices were labeled alphabetically, there were codes written in hidden places and even the words system flush with arrows under a drawer I happened to discover by mistake. It started off with my phone a Samsung Galaxy 10. I started noticing strange behavior on the phone , multiple apps were added . I never authorized or purchased any of them. Now , I have gone through 7 phones. I have had to move out of my home and relocate. I thought getting away from the problem, my ex boyfriend would help. I know he is the one doing this. I have tried everything i can to get help for this problem . Now where I am living all of the devices are also hacked. The problem has just followed me. 2 SMART TVS, 2 WINDOWS DESKTOPS, 2 PHONES 1 ANDROID, 1 APPLE, MY CAR , and even my 4 year old daughters tablet. I am trying to recover this desktop with windows 10 . I have been unsuccessful at doing so. Any advice or tips on how to begin . I cant even open an email or register my purchased program, lifelock . Because I cant do anything on this device without being redirected on the web. If Possible do you think there is any hope in at least recovering the windows 10 . I would like to have the abiltiy to at least access my email .

Email Hacked

thank you for your response and the great information you provided.

I use two step authentication for my email account and all important web sites. I also use the full version of Malwarebytes to protect my computer.

But I will do the scans you suggested AdwCleaner and Limewire.com and let you know the results.

I am worried though that the webcam installed on my laptop could have been hacked. I never use it and forgot about it, so never disabled it.

Any suggestions as to find if it was actually hacked?

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
