Windows 10: Hacked or Bugs? Text fields

Within Firefox and now today in a game and discord I'm getting text being entered into web text forms, discord chat boxes and even in game chat. I have visually watched the letters be entered while I'm not touching the keyboard. The text seems to be things that I typed hours ago even over a shutdown of the computer. This is terrifying to me and I can't figure out what is going on. I'm not seeing the mouse move, I have remote assistance and desktop shutoff, I have done a full system scan using bit-defender. I'm not seeing anything out of place. I also did a system reinstall the first time I saw this. I ran malware bytes on the original install. No malware or virus is being detected. I'm also trying to monitor task manager and using sysinternals, but this very difficult and timely to track what is legit.

I had originally thought this was a bad firefox extension but for the typing to now occur outside of the browser and in desktop discord I'm not sure anymore. Could a firefox extension have access to data outside of the browser?

I have a Logitech wireless gaming keyboard in which I discovered an elaborate macro that I didn't record, but I have deleted it now. It may have been recorded by accident.

I'm running the latest build of win 10 pro as of Sept 2020. I always stay very current on patches and I'm using Bit-Defender for AV.

Any idea what this could be?

Using the tab key to hop between text fields highlights all buttons

Hello,
Whenever a dialog box pops up in Windows 10, if it contains text input fields and clickable buttons/radio buttons/checkboxes, pressing the tab key steps through every single item in the dialog box, which is very annoying and, to me, pointless. Do I recall that there might be a way to limit this behaviour so the tab key only highlights text input boxes, and not every single element? I can't find anything useful in Windows 10's Settings/Control Panel - am I missing something or is this not possible?

E63 Text Messaging HowTo - move cursor to text entry field

I do not know how to "immediately" switch between the recipient field and the text field, especially when the pointer is in the middle of long list of recipients or long text field. However, when there are many recipients and the pointer is not at the
top or end, I use Ctrl-a to select them, then use DownNaviButton to move it to the end of recipient field, then DownNaviButton again to move to text field. When the pointer is somewhere in long text field, I use Ctrl-UpNaviButton to move pointer to the beginning
of text field, then UpNaviButton again to move to recipient field.

 

BUG: Keyboard input in internet explorer deletes non selected words in text fields

The following bug occurs in internet explorer (HTC 8X, GDR2)



Steps to reproduce the behavior:



1. Navigate to google.com (or any other website with a text input field) and enter some words in the text field:









2. Mark a word by tapping:











3. Tap on the left end of the selected word -> the word is not selected anymore and the cursor appears left to the word:











4. Enter a character (for example a space character):











Result: The word right to the cursor is removed, as if the word would still be selected. But it is not.
