    Hello,I had my old Microsoft account suspended because it was hacked by someone else. I have all the information about it in the form of a saved chat with support, in which they admit that it was indeed hacked. On my old account, I had my Windows license, and I would like it to be transferred/added to my new account this one, since I don't want to pay for it again. I need it because I'm changing my computer's motherboard and drives, so I will need my license.Thank you for your time.Please contact me if you would like me to send the saved chat.

    YOUR WINDOWS LICENCE WILL EXPIRE SOON

    To confirm the licence open a PowerShell (Admin) and enter slmgr /dlv. Post a screenshot of the result.

    Your reference to organisation suggests you have a volume licence and this command will confirm that. If this is the case then the licence is illegal for a personal user and the hack is often used by suspect suppliers.

    Has your computer been to a repair shop recently, if so they have used a hack to activate Windows 10 Pro when the device has a licence for Windows 10 Home.

    If the device has a licence supplied by a business then you need to ask their IT department.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
