Windows 10: Hacker Threatening Me

My Facebook and now email was hacked and I’m getting threats though the leave a note option. How do I remove a Skype & Xbox account from my email account that I never added?Would it be best to just delete this entire email account? I don’t really have much important things on it as it was my junk email account

I'm reporting this email - 2nd one from a HACKER who sent threatening message. Below is the message & email address, I hope these hackers' accts. will be closed ASAP so they do not victimize people.

Dear Mr. Koch,

Thank you for your reply and advice. The said email from Hacker I reported is indeed classified as JUNK in my email folder. Hopefully it has been reported to Microsoft so that the Hacker's account could be investigated. It is not right that these Hackers are issuing threatening emails and asking for money to be transferred to their BITCOIN account.

Again, thank you so much for your advice and kind assistance. I really hope these Hackers will be prevented from victimizing Microsoft and other online users.

What is quickest way to find hackers entrance to computer?

I have a hacker in computer, what steps to remove, block entrance to computer programs. I tried going to basics, reloading windows...I do not know what steps to take. Please advise.
