    Hacker Who Lives in My Building Has Hijacked & Corrupted Windows 11 OS


    I am dealing with a hacker who is blatantly hijacking and blocking my Windows 11 operating system using their telephone. Microsoft Windows Defender does not detect neither stop it. I have restored my system and re-installed the Windows 11 Operating System several times to no avail. I've contacted Microsoft several times even pleading with them to contact the authorities to assist with the matter since someone is obviously able to breech their security system. I am left with a product that I just purchased and cannot use and technical support wants to charge you an insane amount to fix the p
