Windows 10: Hacker's account is now the primary account under my user

An unknown Microsoft account is now the primary account on my computer. Both my and the hacker's accounts are under the same user mine. The option to remove that account from my computer isn't there. When I try to manage the hacker's account of course I cannot get access because I don't know their email password. This has also effected my Minecraft account in that the launcher says that I have not purchased either Java or Bedrock edition of the game I had both. Below is a screenshot of what Accounts > Email & Accounts looks like in settings.

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown

 

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Can a hacker access all user accounts?

If you were hacked then it would initially mean the user account you were using at the time had been hacked. Only those areas of the computer that that user account had access to would be accessible to the hacker.
- If the hacked user account was a Standard user account then only that user account's folders would be accessible.
- If the hacked user account was an Admin user account then all other user accounts' folders would also be accessible.

Naturally, having gained a foothold the hacker would attempt to go further and infiltrate all other areas of the computer but that would be a separate task.
