Windows 10: Hackers have changed the E-Mail and Password of my Microsoft account and i cant use the...

Hello,yesterday i got a notification per E-Mail, that my E-Mail for my Microsoft Account has been changed. After that there was a second E-Mail that my Password has been changed. When i tried followig the Steps for the account recovery it told me that the E-mail that the Hackers changed it to is not linked with any Microsoft account. I need Help immediately! The recovery tool does not work for me and i need this account since there is valuable Data on there.Please Help me

Hi,

I got the account verified by Microsoft and I did receive a mail to my current email address with a link to reset the password.. However what Microsoft seems to not understand is I do not have ACCESS to the e-mail that the HACKER changed my Microsoft account to..

They say in the mail that an "additional" password reset has been sent to "this" e-mail as well.. If they sent it to the email the hacker used as well as mine then the hacker will just reset it and I will not be able to access it again..

Which is what I'm experiencing currently because clicking the link, after waking up this morning, says the password reset session is invalid and I need to request a new code..

I am unable to recover the account despite being verified.

 

How do I delete an e-mail account and add it again in Windows 10 Mail

I'm using Windows 10 Mail and a box appear saying that my e-mail account and setting are outdated! I never knew and e-mail account can be outdated etc when you're always using it etc. I have ahd this e-mail for so many years now. Another box appeared with
my e-mail on it and a box to type in my password to verify my account. I typed in my password but it couldnt verify it. So, the next suggested the box had was for me delete my e-mail acount and add it back again. How do I go about doing this? Please list rhe
step by steps please. Thanks!

Okay that's good..

Following the steps there just eventually led me back to the account recovery form which I've already done, and doing it again just says:

Since I created a new Microsoft account to be able to post here on the forums, this new Microsoft account points to my original Gmail that my actual Microsoft account used to point to before the hacker changed it.

The step by step process just asks:

Q: "Select how you normally sign in, then enter your details."
A: With an email address

Then it prompts me a field to type in the email address.. But the hacker changed the primary alias to 32*****@****ol and the current Microsoft account I'm writing here with uses the original one. I can't type in the original Gmail because then it's going to think I want to recover this new Microsoft account I'm ONLY using here to type in the forums.

So if I pick I've forgotten my details it asks me this:

If I go there it shows the account the hacker has changed to as follows:
JOSEPH1479 U

So if I type that in now it just eventually leads to the account recovery form where I can select a different email address to communicate with Microsoft. Which I've already done, it passed. I got a link. But the link is dead.

And I can't do further account recovery for today which is annoying and the fact that it takes 24 hours to review them is long enough.

I just want a new link that has not timed out so I can go in and change the password and follow that up by changing the primary alias the hacker used: 32*****@****ol BACK to my original email (Which is currently used by this account I'm typing here). And then close this Microsoft account since I've basically restored everything at this point on my original one.
