    HackTool:BAT/AutoKMS!MSR Not getting Removed


    "HackTool:BAT/AutoKMS!MSR" this malware is not getting removed.I even ran a full scan with windows defender and I did found this Threat "HackTool:BAT/AutoKMS!MSR" I removed it but again and again I get this message from windows defender that a Threat is found which is this "HackTool:BAT/AutoKMS!MSR" but when I go to Windows Defender it Doesn't show any threat. I looked in the Protection History it says Remediation Incomplete for this "HackTool:BAT/AutoKMS!MSR" and anti malware service s running in background using a lot of power, CPU and Memory Constantly making my system slow and Heated Up.It

    HI EvangelosDenaxas,

    The malware (HackTool: Win32/AutoKM S) has now been removed from this PC. When I reinstalled Norton 360 Premier, I ran a full scan and when I examined the results, I found that the malware had been quarantined and that my PC did not have any other threats.
    Two day later, I ran another full scan and no threats present on the PC. I reviewed Norton app's history and it revealed that "HackTool: Win32/AutoKMS" was removed.
