Dear BossDweeb,

Hello. Thank you for your suggestion. I tried allowing Steam the allow files of my anti-virus software and tried running steam after I did that. However, the blue screen error came back up again.

It seems like, for sure, the only thing that works is disabling my antivirus before I login to Steam.
