Windows 10: had a windows 10 reinstall data back up but no aps or files

is there any way if i do not have anexternal back up to retrieve any apps files and folders programs after a einstall of windows 10

Reinstalling Windows 10 to sell a PC - is the 'Remove everything' option enough?

Restore factory settings do list Removes your personal files, apps and settings, and reinstalls the version of Windows that came on this PC.

So if this isn't true well than just erase the drive and install a clean Windows 10 with all the drivers u need but why should it be true

AP News widget. How to reinstall on N97?

I tried searching for the AP News widget on OVI Store, but it no longer exists. Mine somehow got corrupted, and I ended up deleting it. Now I cannot find out where to get the file to reinstall the AP. Any suggestions? Thanks.
