Windows 10: Had BSOD and just want to know if it's hardware or software

I've been working on my pc and gamed on it for about 2 hours after exiting resident evil 3 I got a system thread exception not handled bsod. I uploaded the dmp file with msinfo to one drive https://1drv.ms/u/s!AjVQaU1BJrFCjEOvLgQwCIhH6rWq?e=uicq6RI was just hoping someone could tell me what the actual error was. If it's drivers no problem but I replaced the thermal pad on my chipset and it's been stable so I don't want to overreact and disassemble and reassemble the whole thing at 4 am. Any help is appreciated thank you.

Best way to make a bootable Windows 10 image on USB with all existing software, drivers & configurations to deploy on exactly identical hardware?

There is no difference in the hardware we want to deploy that image on.

Planning to deploy this image on over 4000 desktops of same hardware configuration and make and model.

Is there a freeware/opensource/free software that we can use for this purpose commercially?

can you suggest a solution and KB article where it's step by step explained how to achieve it or do it?

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to run hardware troubleshooter and let us know if that helps.

Type "Troubleshooting" in the
Windows Search bar and press Enter.

1. Click on "View All" in the top left corner.
2. This will display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in in the computer. You can click on Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.

Also I would suggest to check if there are any update pending with regard to drivers and to do so, please follow steps mentioned below.

1. Search for Device Manager in
   Windows search bar.
2. Click on Device Manager.
3. Check if there Yellow Exclamation Point in the list of drivers.

Make sure Windows is up to date.
