Windows 10: Had purchased a Win 7 Pro retail for a Win 10 Home computer...had software issues w/10 at...

Now want to update, but won't update to Pro...so I'll lose my apps going from Pro to Home. Any work around? Some of my apps are out of support, so will no longer update, or even install the older versions. I would really hate to have to repurchase a working app, some of which I detest the newer interfaces or have gone to annual 'leases'.

Win 7 OEM to 10 upgrade, will Retail key be allowed

I have a OEM Win 7 Pro system that upgraded to Win 10. Because it's OEM and upgraded to Win 10 I won't be able to move it to a new computer. If I purchase a Win 10 Pro Retail key can I use that key to upgrade the OEM that I
have and move it to a new computer??

 

Dual booting with Win 10 Pro and Win 7 Pro

I'll be receiving a new computer with Win 10 Pro as my computer w/ Windows 7 Pro crashed. I'd like to take the hard drive with Windows 7 Pro and install it into the new one to have dual booting. Any problem doing that and what steps are needed? Thank

Win 7 and Win 10 on network

I have home network with separate modem, router, and WAP's. My Windows 7 computer does NOT list the Windows 10 computers on network computer list but the Windows 10 computers network list DO list the Windows 7 computer.

Turned off firewalls, gave permissions, shared drives. Nothing allows Win 7 computer to access the Win 10 computers.

Any suggestions for a fix?
