Windows 10: had some issues wired errors did a in place repair install had a few ?

So i had some wired errors they seem to be gone now and everything is working fine, however i used the media tool and did the repair with the latest image that was on there, everything went smooth, decided to run a SFC/scannow and it found some stuff but the stuff it found seems to be working not sure if maybe they are newer versions or something here is the CBS logs, should i worry about it or call it a day have no issues with any programs anymore. let me know thanks.

Step 4 : To do a repair install of Windows 10 with an ISO file

Step 5 : To do a repair install of Windows 10 with USB installation media
