Windows 10: Had some technical issues, HDD issues, then possibly some type of rootkit, I have no idea....

About a month ago I was having problems with random games missing .DLL files. I can't think of anywhere I would have gotten a software which modifies DLL files because aside from Curseforge and Nexusmods modding files I haven't downloaded anything that could possibly contain suspicious files. Sensapi.dll is the file I had biggest problems with. I pinned it down to a Hard Drive issue and decided I'd download the missing .dll files and replace the HDD when it eventually shuts down.After these problems started, I decided to download said dlls from dll-files.com which according to Reddit, Quora, a

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
