Windows 10: Had to hard restart my pc because a game froze.

Had to hard restart my pc because a game froze. Now my "external hard drive and external usb extension" are not being recognized on my PC. They are not getting power. This is definitely a Windows / Software thing and not my externals. The last time this happened, I reformatted the pc and it worked. I just now was able to update my windows 11 version. Took me a while, last time I did not because it kept giving me the run around. So what happened:Game Froze, got a black screen with my mouse visible. Steam gameI hit ctrl + del, and it would not come up. Just stayed black. I hit alt + tab and us

Hard drive/ OS issue

PC restarts while playing games

I've had this problem for a while now. While gaming my PC suddently restarts. I don't hear the fans speeding up compared to using my PC normally, nor does it happen whenever I do something potentially hard to compute. As far as I've seen theres no indication when it happens. It doesn't normally restart when im doing something else.

My graphic drivers are updated and I'm on the latest version of Windows 11. The games that caused my PC to restart are:

• Overwatch 2
  
• VALORANT
  
• CS:GO
  
• City Skylines (Xbox Gamepass)
