Windows 10: Half of my windows got paralyzed

Discus and support Half of my windows got paralyzed in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; 2 days ago I did a windows update, Usually I do them. So after the update I found that windows start is not working , when clicking on the logo nothing...     Half of my windows got paralyzed


    2 days ago I did a windows update, Usually I do them. So after the update I found that windows start is not working , when clicking on the logo nothing happens.but right clicking on the logo works , so did shutdown that way. Then later I found out that my settings app is also not working. I can't access it from any method.And half the task bar also not working.So I did try windows reset, and tried both reinstalling windows through cloud or local files , both showed errors.Then tried system restore , it also showed error.Then created another user account and tried to open settings, it also show

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
