Windows 10: Halo 2 keyboard issues

I just installed the the Master Chief collection and whenever I go into the main menu of the game and come back in wasd and the other game keys don’t respond. I can go back into the menu and look around in game but I can’t move. I have to restart every time. How can I fix this?

I suggest you to download and install the latest graphics drivers from your computer manufacturer website and check if it helps.

Halo Wars 2 saving problem

Hey Aaron, thank you for replying but I've already tried doing all of the things listed on the link. The only major change was halo war 2 downloading an update after which everything went sideways. I've also tried resolving the issue by looking into halo
way point but i haven't found anything that could help me.

If you didn't receive a code, it may be for one of the following reasons:
