Windows 10: Halo app

I want to play Halo Wars 2 but when I open it the Halo App doesn't works, it loads with the Halo title and the black background but when it finishes it only stays grey. Some months ago it worked

can't download Halo Forge/Halo app/Halo Wars

I can not download Halo Forge to get the Halo app to get Halo Wars which I have bought and can't access. There is no install option just a manage option which when clicked on gives me a list of apps in my library but Forge is not one of them.

How do I get this sorted? Not a fan for paying for things and not having access to them especially when it's a digital code due to not being able to get a refund

Halo 5: Forge app crashing on splash screen

I've had this problem too. The solution for me was to navigate to "Settings" -> "Apps & features" click on "Halo 5: Forge" in the list and select "Advanced options". From there I just hit "Reset" and it would launch fine without it crashing at the Halo
splash screen.

Thing to note is that I also uninstalled the Halo app. I'm not sure whether this had an effect on it working or not.

Thank you for responding and keeping us in the loop. With the new error code you have got, we recommend that you restart your apps by following the steps below:

• Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
• Type msconfig, and then click OK.
• On the General tab, click the Normal Startup, and then click OK.
  
• When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.
