Windows 10: Hands-free AG audio mode broken after Windows update

I recently had to reinstall Windows to update from 1909 to 21H1 regular update aborted every time. Windows is running flawless so far, but alas Hands-free AG Audio mode is no longer working with my Bluetooth headset Sony WH-1000XM3. When clicking on the sound icon in the task bar after connecting, I initially have "Stereo" and "Hands-free AG audio" mode available as it should be. Stereo mode works fine, but when choosing Hands-free AG audio mode, I get no sound save for an unpleasant noise when changing the volume and the microphone does not work at all. Hands Free AG Audio is not working

My Bluetooth headphone set has Hands Free AG audio and stereo audio. My stereo audio working but my AG audio is not. how do I fix it? I can't hear anything when I switch on Hands Free AG Audio

 

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

Cant connect headphones hand free ag audio

I am not able to connect to my headphones hands free ag audio

when i go to sounds in control panel the stereo is connected but hands free ag audio is disconnected but if i right click on it and click connect it doesnt connect it doesnt even show any error

Please solve my problem
