Windows 10: handycam connection

I'm having Sony handy cam DCR-HC28. i tried to connect cam as webcam with my PC. but not able to connect with PC. am using i-link connector. Driver were downloaded, but im getting message that this drive not support your OS. I'm using Windows 10. once i was connected cam as webcam, in same way but that was in windows 7.


kindly help me in this regard.

• Is this issue specific to Sony Handycam videos?
• Are you able to play other videos in your system?
• Did you try playing these videos in another Computer?

In order to update the video driver, I suggest you to follow the below steps.

a) Press Windows +X keys on the keyboard.

b) Select Device Manager.

c) Find and double-click on Display Adapter.

d) Below you find driver for Graphics, right-click and
Update driver software.

e) Follow the onscreen instructions to update the display drivers.

My Sony Handycam Digital8 is'nt recognised via DV out through the USB

As above my hp computer Windows 10 will not recognise the Sony Handycam Digital8 via the DV out connected through the USB . any suggestions
