    Hang explorer and office product


    HiAfter update my device i have a serious problem with my office and explorer in windows 10.After this update every office product such as excel , outlook ,.... keep crashing and explorer keep hanging and to solve this problem we should change the windows or i should unplug my lan to continue my work and after a few minutes it happen again .can you help me ?thanks

    File explorer hangs

    Sorry I got nothing more to suggest then.

    File explorer hanging is an image issue. So if you can't do a repair upgrade or reset your PC then you can contact microsoft support directly to see if they have further steps but I am sure they are going to tell the same thing i did.

    Hang explorer and office product

    Problem Activating Office 2019

    You can save a few steps and do this

    1. Go to this page: Microsoft 365
    2. Log in with your Microsoft account
    3. Enter your Office product key
    4. Use the link given to download Office 2019
    5. install Office 2019
    I used this method for both of my copies of Office 2019

    BTW, Microsoft Toolkit 2.71 says this:
    Product Description: Office19_ProPlus2019MSDNR_Retail
