Windows 10: Hanging start up

I have a issue with windows 10 taking 30+ seconds to load up. It gets stuck on welcome screen and i never used to have this issue before. Here is my logs. It used to take 2-5 sec tops.

It is either a opencl.dll issue or dxgkrnl.sys issue but i can not find anything on how to fix either.

Windows 10 latest update

Computer hangs at start and will not proceed. Shutting down and restarting will bring up the computer but computer hangs up when trying to go to websites.

Did you try to update your graphics drivers? How are you sure that it's the graphics card that's hanging your start-up?

If you haven't tried to update the drivers, try this: Download nicht abgeschlossen

As, I disabled it, the changes happened; The period of hanging dropped to, about, 50 seconds from three minute.

Your guidance was not helpful! because I have the latest version which was updated through windows automatic update.

It's a symptom some have noted since the November 10586 TH2 upgrade build.
I believe I've seen a comment there about dxgkrnl.sys

opencl.dll & SFC /Scannow is 'normal' for some unfortunately and is documented here a number of times. It occurs in conjunction with a particular NVIDIA driver build.
