    I have gone through the troubleshooting steps below for fixing my hard disk being at 100% all the time and it is still slow and constantly goes to 100%.Any wise suggestions are welcome for resolving this.     Hi andrewgetz1 ,

    If you mean your hard drive is at 100% access all the time:

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc)

    Click on the Disk Column Header so the arrow faces down

    What processes are now at the top of the processes list?

    Disk usage 100% most of the time

    Just another important info.

    I have been monitoring it via Resource Monitoring, and most of the time the hard disk is 100%, also the memory hard faults go high.

    Is there maybe a problem with memory paging management somehow?

    I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.
