Windows 10: Hard disk drivers

Dear all, I have a External HDD seagate hard drive. It's connecting to my PC but not able to open it. I tried it to find in Disk Management. It's showing connected as per device manager image attached below.


Then i found some logs regarding some drivers

Please help me to solve this problem. My device was working well and on other systems too. now i'm not able to open it.

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Do you hear any clicking sound when connecting your hard disk?

my install requesting hard disk driver, is there a generic driver that should work for this drive?

I successfully get past sc part of install, then install asks for hard disk drivers.
