Windows 10: Hard disk keeps filling up by itself win 10

    Hard disk keeps filling up by itself win 10


    My space on local disk C keeps filling up by itself and E disk is working fine.

    I clear up 50 gb refresh its 49.9 and it keeps going to 0.

    I tried alot of solutions online and nothing helps.

    I found one video where you delete 0 mb file and that file keeps backups and guy freed 1tb from that 0mb file but I can't find that file in my pc

    please help

    You get this detailed breakdown by clicking on the 'System & reserved' bar seen in the earlier screenshots.

    On possible cause for the OP's shrinking free space could be item two in that list, the virtual memory. If that is set for 'system managed' (as it is by default) and an errant app is eating up memory but not releasing it properly, then the swap file may just keep growing until it fills the disk.
