4th master hard drive error. Press F1 to resume

Hello. I put a second hard drive on my computer and i was about to clean format and install the computer. I plugged the power and sata cable.

The hard drive was SeaGate 500 Gb HDD and it is newly bought, not used.

But at the startup. It wont let me . It says

4th master hard drive error. Press f1 to resume.

What would i do?

I entered BIOS setup.

The sata port 1 was detected. It is my first hard drive

But the sata port 2, which is my new hard drive. Is not detected.

Please help. Thank you

I just put up my new pc and after I boot up (not yet in os) the screen says: *Bang Head :banghead: *Bang Head :banghead:

after I press F1 I can press OS and this happend everytime I go into BIOS and into os
Everything is working fine I can play fear, TC-GRadvance fighter
