    Hard Disk unresponsive


    Recently my external hard drive this is the model has become unresponsive, in that it shows up in "My PC" when I plug it in, but without the storage info, and whenever I double-click it windows explorer becomes unresponsive. I've been running the chkdsk /f /x /r command multiple times on it now. The first time, the result looked like this:Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19042.985]c Microsoft Corporation.
