hard drive "device not migrated" - displaying folder structure of another HDD

Hello I connected hard drive A via USB to the first windows computer, everything is fine. I remove it, connect hard drive B, and then Windows Explorer shows that the folders are exactly the same as hard drive A. However, when I click on them, then the folders are not actually accessible / openable, because of course, those are not the real folders in hard drive B. Device not migrated (hard drive)

    Hi SRandom,

It looks like the driver that you have installed is not compatible with your device. Is the AHCI driver you installed, the latest from the manufacturer's website? If you will be having issues using your secondary hard drive, I would suggest that you follow
the steps provided by Andre Da Costa in this
    thread
    .

Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to get back to us.

    Migrating hdd

I was wondering if migrating from a SSD to SSD is same as HDD to SSD and also if the hard drive with the operating systems had bad sectors on it, would the migration still continue successfully? Thanks
