    Hard Drive Failed - Can not re download MS Store Apps including Xbox App.


    I had an old WD Velociraptor 250gb HD in E:\. I used it to install Xbox App, Cup Head, Killer Instinct etc. The other week the drive said corrupted or no data. In Disk management back to RAW w/250gb free. Anyways, replaced corrupted drive with a 1gb Velociraptor in place and also assigned it to E:\. Old apps Cuphead, KI etc still showing up but are broken. Says drive were located disconnected or missing. I cannot uninstall the corrupted apps from the computer. I cannot re install or install ANY new Microsoft Store Apps including the Xbox App. Even with the power shell I cannot delete the
