Windows 10: Hard drive recovery possible after Windows Cloud Reset Remove everything

I'm wondering if Windows automatically creates a backup of the files with the "Windows Cloud Reset" option.I reformatted a drive by mistake and wondering if it is possible to restore my hard drive.

Recovery from failed hard drive
