Hard drive space being taken up

Hello Microsoft forums! So I have a problem on my computer with my hard drive, so, my hard drive is 111gb, i know its not alot but my computer broke and i had to get a new hard rive and this was the cheapest offer, but i was recently trying to download unreal engine to make a game and test it out, but it said please free up 40 gb of space and i looked at my hard drive and it said that it had 8 gb available, The only things i used were adobe after affects, primer pro and audition and epic games launcher to download un real engine but nothing else.

    :)

    Hard Drive Space Completely Dissappeared

I would suggest if possible open Explorer and have a look at contents of the drive to determine what has taken up all the space. Hard to imagine you accumulated over 400GB of temp Photoshop files although I suppose you could have.
