Windows 10: Hard drive space unallocated after pc reset

Hello,So around a year ago I had an issue where my windows files corrupted and I had to completely wipe and reinstall windows.however when I done so it said that all the storage I had used until that point was inaccessible and too this day just says it is unallocated and I am unable to extend any partitions or create new ones there this has created an almost 1.5TB gap in my drives which has not only cost me a large chunk of storage capacity but also slowed my drives down a bit.this is on both a hard drive and an ssdAny advice or tips would be greatly appreciated Thanks

Unallocated Space to C Drive

Hi Travis,

It appears that a disk partition was created but was never assigned its allocation. Assuming there are no files stored in the unallocated partition, perform these steps to combine it with your C: drive:

• In Disk Management, right-click on (C which appears next to the
  Unallocated partition.
  
• Select Extend.

Let us know if you're able to combine the spaces after following the steps above.

Kindly take a screenshot of the disk management of your windows showing the unallocated drive on the list.

Kindly follow the steps below and take a screenshot of the result

Open the command prompt as administrator

Type the commands below and press enter after each commands

Diskpart

List Disk

Select Disk # - Change the # to the drive which points to your 2TB drive

List Volume

Take a screenshot and post it on your next response
